Filling Scooter Gas Tank
One of the reason that most of us bought scooters was to save on high gas prices. We all know that most scooters will get anywhere from 60 - 100 mpg. It is great pulling up to the gas station and only have to pay for a tank and half of gas that lasts you the whole week. We recommend that you use premium gas in scooter, most scooter manuals that we have reviewed recommend a high octane.
The majority of scooters on the market today have the gas tank under the seat or in the back of the scooter, almost all scooters have some type of locked cover (usually the seat). Big Joe was happy enough to put together a quick manual on how to fill up your scooter.
Hello Everyone, for those of you that have the Vento ZipR3i Scooters or similar and wish to learn how to open up your gas tank for a refill, here is the procedure for going about that below.

To start off, the first thing we need to do is get ahold of the key the driver normally uses for starting the scooter:

Once you’ve done that, search for the keyhole on the side of the scooter that normally opens up the storage compartment the driver sits on. Normally, this has to be opened in order to have room to open the gas tank compartment:

Now insert your key into this keyhole and turn it until the latch for the storage compartment releases:

Once you have the compartment open, you’ll notice you now have enough room to open the gas tank cover:

Now, search for cover, it’s located in the back. It looks like this:

Insert the same key into the keyhole:

Once you turned and opened, you’ll notice the cap going to the gas tank:

Now turn the gap counter clockwise to loosen:

And now, you’re able to refill your tank at your will:

Once done, remember to do everything in the complete reverse order in case you’ve forgot; start by tightening back the gas cap again;

Replace the key back into the gas tank cover’s keyhole:

Once it’s down, just lock the cover with a turn of the key:

Then close the storage compartment:

Once you do that, you’re done!
